Afternoon Wreck Claims the Life of Newton County Man.

A wreck this afternoon around 3:47 pm claimed the life of a Chunky Man. The one vehicle accident occurred around the 2000 block of Chunky Duffee Road. The man has been identified as 78 year old Richard Hale, a long time member of the Chunky Fire Department. We pass along prayers to the family and friends of Mr. Hale.
