Pedestrian Killed in Neshoba County

The Mississippi Highway Patrol and The Neshoba County Sheriff's Department are on the scene at Highway 482 near Highway 16 East. A caller reported a person lying on the side of the road. After authorities arrived on the scene, it was determined that a pedestrian had been struck by a vehicle.

The deceased is a Native American male. Names have not been released pending notification of the family.
