Auto Burglary

At 10:11 AM on May 28, 2024, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 1100 block of 24th Avenue. Entry was gained through a window.

Residential Burglary

There were no residential burglaries reported.

Shootings

Meridian Police responded to 8 shots fired calls and when Officers arrived on scene, only 2 showed any evidence found to support the calls.

At 8:26 PM on May 28, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 4300 block of 36th Avenue. One individual was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.

At 8:41 PM on May 28, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 1300 block of 19th Avenue. On individual was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
