Meridian Police Department was requested to respond to 344 calls for service from March 13, 2024 at 6:00 AM to March 17, 2025 at 6:00 AM.
The following were reported to the Meridian Police Department.
Robbery
There were no robberies reported.
Commercial Burglary
At 1:04 PM on March 16, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a commercial burglary in the 100 block of South Frontage Road. Entry was gained through a door.
Church Burglary
There were no church burglaries reported.
Stolen Vehicles
At 7:30 AM on March 14, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a stolen vehicle in the 600 block of 45th Avenue. The vehicle has been recovered.
Auto Burglary
At 9:08 AM on March 14, 2025, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 2000 block of 29th Avenue. Entry was gained through a door.
At 2:48 AM on March 16, 2025, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 1600 block of 31st Street. Entry was gained through a door.
Residential Burglary
There were no residential burglaries reported.
Shootings
Meridian Police responded to 15 shots fired calls and when Officers arrived on scene, only 2 showed any evidence found to support the calls.
At 10:50 PM on March 13, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 3000 block of 19th Street. One vehicle was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
At 12:25 PM on March 16, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 4300 block of 36th Avenue. One residence was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
