The Louisville Police Department is warning citizens of counterfeit money.

The Louisville Police Department posted on Facebook that counterfeit money was in circulation in the Louisville area. LPD has made an arrest and over $7000.00 in fake money was seized

The police department ask businesses and citizens to pay special attention to bills passed. If you come into contact with anyone attempting to pass counterfeit money or money orders, please contact the Louisville Police Department.
